Frequently asked questions
Will the website pay for itself?
For most businesses, one or two new customers a year cover the cost. A site that loads fast, shows up on Google and makes it easy to call or send an inquiry works for you every day. And because you see the demo first, you know exactly what you’re getting before you spend anything.
What if I don’t like the demo?
Then you pay nothing and owe us nothing. Usually it doesn’t come to that: tell us what doesn’t fit and we change it until it does.
How long does it take to build a website?
The demo is ready in 1–2 days. From first contact to a live site it usually takes 6 to 11 working days, not counting the time you take to decide. A one-page Rayvo Start site can be live in 3 days.
Can I edit the site myself later?
Yes. With Rayvo Advanced you get a simple CMS panel to change text, images and prices and add new pages yourself. With the other packages we make changes for you, and Rayvo Care includes small changes every month.
What about hosting and maintenance?
We can host and look after your site with Rayvo Care or Care+. The first 3 months are free with every website package. After that it’s up to you: maintenance is optional, and the site and domain are yours either way.
Is the price really fixed?
Yes. The price we agree on is the price you pay. The only separate cost is the domain, about €15–20 a year, paid directly to the registrar. If you later ask for something outside the agreed scope, we tell you the price before we start.
Do I need something more advanced?
